MSRS Board Election - Voting Has Ended

Three MSRS Board of Directors positions are currently open: two for the General and Unclassified Retirement Plans; one for the State Patrol Retirement Plan.

If you are an active or deferred member of the General, Unclassified, or State Patrol Retirement Plan, you should have received a ballot in the mail. You may vote by paper ballot or on online. A secure and confidential website has been set up through Survey and Ballot Systems (SBS). The election materials will provide the election web address, passcode and personalized identification number (not your MSRS account ID number).

The deadline to vote is Monday, March 1, 2018. 

• If mailed, ballots must be postmarked by March 1. 
• If voting online, deadline is 11:59 p.m. CT, on March 1.   
• If delivered in person to the MSRS St. Paul office or to the SBS office in Eden Prairie, ballots must be received by 4:30 p.m. CT on March 1. 

Ballots will be counted by March 15.
